Starting Point

A leading multinational company needed to select a short-term freelancer (preferable to a permanent consultant) with a quick incorporation into the management team. He/she had to provide previous professional knowledge and experience in similar projects.

Previously they had hired renowned consulting firms with unsuccessful results, so they were now looking for a person who would work very closely with the management team and who would integrate very quickly into the group’s working environment.

Development of the Project

It was necessary to get to know the management team in depth and their way of working in the organization in order to draw up a work plan in accordance with their needs.

Results

A work system was established with a planogram of activities that would bring order and organization to the management team, maximizing their priorities. In one month, the management team’s work plan was transformed into immediate and effective results.

Measurement

A periodic check of the evolution of the strategies is carried out in the monthly work meetings of the management team. The Consultant is present to contribute with his point of view and to follow its evolution. Further down the line his presence will be reduced, depending on the achievement of the expected results.
