Starting Point

An Institution in the Tertiary Sector was looking for a management profile and their request came to us through professional networking. They had initially resorted to expert recruitment companies, with no luck so far.

Development of the Project

The specific needs of the position and the Institution’s work model were analyzed. A profile was drawn up in accordance with the position and our database was used to find a candidate.

Results

Thanks to the study of the requested profile, the most suitable person was picked from a pool of potential candidates.

Measurement

Periodic contacts (3-6 months and 1 year) are made with the Institution and with the person in order to know the evolution of the profile in the job position.
