Starting Point

An Institution in the Tertiary Sector was considering external help to gather proposals for changing its model of action. It was a relatively new Institution, with a lot of motivation, in a phase of sustained growth but without management nor an appropriate structure that fitted its needs for a change of dimension.

Development of the Project

The aim was to obtain an in-depth knowledge of the institution’s environment and its contributors, as well as to seize the options and opportunities for creating a stable model that would support the new envisaged dimension.

Results

A model for the new structure was developed with the internal team, with an organizational chart based on a Board of Trustees and a Project Management team. This brought stability and security to the project.

Measurement

Regular meetings are carried out with the Board of Trustees in order to follow the progress of the projects.
