Business in search of a Marketing Agency that was able to quickly integrate into the business and to communicate the change in the business model with the right message, to the right audience. All of it, while minimizing the margin of error in the selection.

They had never considered such a deep strategic review of the business model and the agencies they had worked with could not cover this type of project.

Development of the Project

It was important to understand the proposal of the company’s new business model to study in detail the needs and objectives to be covered, and to propose the most suitable type of partner (size, structure, investment needs, etc). The study and subsequent search for an Agency whose profile met these parameters was carried out in one week.

Results

Among several candidate agencies, the one that best suited the project was chosen by consensus. Today, the chosen Agency is the company’s sole communication partner.

Measurement

Periodic touchpoints with the company and with the Agency (separately) to follow the evolution of the project and the degree of comfort with the tasks carried out.
