Through the study of a project for an Institution, we detected that there was a great potential for growth and therefore talent was needed to manage it. During the study, we identified people in the Institution’s team who could provide different talent profiles.
Starting Point
Development of the Project
During the development of the study, various tasks were entrusted to different people in the Institution. By analyzing the results, certain talents were pinpointed in the Institution.
Results
Once the study was completed and the positive results were presented to the Institution, several profiles of the working group were proposed to lead some projects. After a few months, the results were highly satisfactory.
Measurement
Meetings are held periodically to evaluate the situation of each of the projects, involving the leaders assigned to each of them.
