Development of the Project
The specific requirements of the position and the business model were analysed and a profile that would match the position was drafted. We resorted to a series of trustworthy sources to get proposals of directives would have an interest and a good fit in the company.
Results
After a very prompt and swift selection of candidates (in a matter of days), the company selected the candidate that it deemed best for the position. After some months of integration, the results are so far matching expectations for both parties.
Measurement
Periodic touchpoints (every 3-6 months and yearly) are done with the company and the new hire to oversee the evolution of the profile in the position, with very positive feedback from both sides.
